Chick lit and Chicza

Ok, I have to admit that I've indulged in some chick lit on rare occasions of course...But I am on a redeption path and offering you a little bit of reading from my new evolved chick lit.

Here is the story of Chicza

Chicza is the most 100% natural, organic, biodegradable and sustainable chewing gum ever made. It comes from the Mayan rainforest, using traditional means to produce the gum from the living Chicazapote tree. Chicza extracts the "chicle" or sap from that tree. this is the natural gum used to produce the Chicza chewing gum.

Just like chick lit, most gums are totally lacking in quality. For example, most chewing gums use no more that 5 to 7% gum base, the rest are plastics. I have to sayt that this is a bit of indigestible information. Try chewing on that idea for a minute!

Fortunately, there is now Chicza.

Chicza is produced from trees that grow in the second largest rainforest in the world, the Grand Petén that extends from southeast Mexico to Central America. The gum is extracted from these trees by a sustainable method. After a harvest, the chicozapote tree is then left to rest for 6 to 7 years. They say some of the trees they harvest from are more than 300 years old!
